Through the Glass
I found him behind a pane of glass that was scratched and dusted with light.
// Story
This story imagines, it does not document. It is what the photograph made me feel.
Most of his face stays hidden in the streaks, and only one eye holds steady on me. I did not wipe the glass clean. The dirt is part of how I met him that day.
