Through the Ferry Glass
He sat inside the cabin in a felt hat, watching the water through the glass.
// Story
This story imagines, it does not document. It is what the photograph made me feel.
The window threw back the deck rail and a row of orange life rings over his face. A red coat lay on the empty bench outside. I shot from along the side deck and let the reflection layer over him.
