Smoke and Headscarf
She held a cigarette to her lips and looked off into the dark, her hand resting against her chin.
// Story
This story imagines, it does not document. It is what the photograph made me feel.
The headscarf was tied with a printed, lace-edged cloth. Smoke rose thin past her face. She was somewhere in her own thoughts and I tried not to break it.
