The Ferryman's Light
He was already on the boat when I climbed aboard, and he just waited while I found my footing.
// Story
This story imagines, it does not document. It is what the photograph made me feel.
The light came up pink that morning, softer than I expected. He held the staff and looked straight at me, and I think he was a little amused by the whole thing. I made only a few frames before the color went.
